Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

All of our products are custom printed to order and as such made personally for you. If you wish to send any items back they will be subject to a restocking charge of £3.95 per item.

If you return an item within 14 days of receiving it, we'll give you a refund by way of the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
